On Wednesday 10th Oct 2 teams travelled to Kingsmead to play in some beautiful conditions. The sun was shining and the girls were in good spirits. The A team started the first half well and scored an early goal on the grass pitch with great attacking play from Bethan Chetland and Charlotte and Emily Ayers. Kingsmead responded well with many attacking short corners but Court Fields defence was strong and held out for the 1-0 win! Player of the match went to Halle Watlin-Arnold in defence.

In the B team game the girls worked the ball well up the wings and started to utilise the space. Lotti Vickery was phenomenal in defence and Jasmine Jones in Midfield ran her socks off ! The girls didn’t have a GK which led to Kingsmead scoring an easy tap in but in the 2nd half Court Fields had much more attacking chances but again conceded another goal. A close game and the girls worked incredibly hard as a team throughout. Well done!
